Adobe Audition has lots of solid effects you can use for your vocals. Its mainly used for radio & podcast so a lot of Adobe Audition effects are made for vocals. People have asked me why I still use Adobe & that's mostly because of its effects, specially the compression & autotune. The compression can give you a really upfront in your face sounding vocal & the autotune works wonders, especially if your not the best singer, like me. If you combined their stock effects with some plugins, you can get some awesome results.
